What is your return policy?

At Sniglet's Dog Bakery, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.  If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Sniglet's within 10 days of the purchase date.  Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received via email within two business days of receipt of merchandise. 

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount (minus any discounts given) of the item purchased.  Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.  If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product, we will credit your account.  Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

Please read all conditions below.  If conditions are not met, Sniglet's Dog Bakery may refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time or for any reason.

In order to return an item, you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  To request an RMA, please email Jennifer@SnigletsDogBakery.com.

Once an RMA number is issued, it must be clearly written on the outside of the box prior to shipping it to Sniglet's Dog Bakery.

Rules:

All returned or exchanged merchandise, must be in new re-saleable condition, in the original packaging, and must include all packing material if applicable, and all accessories.

Returns are accepted only on merchandise carried in our store.

Returns without a receipt will be issued store credit. 

Dry pet food that is returned must contain at least 95% of the purchased product.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from issuance.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Sniglet's Dog Bakery is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  We highly recommend when returning merchandise, you return it via a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

Sniglet's Dog Bakery is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from shipping.

No Returns/Exchanges provided on the following items:

Perishable or canned goods

Discounted or seasonal merchandise

Custom, personalized, or special orders

Gift cards or gift certificates

 

How and where do you ship?

Sniglet's currently ships to the continuous 48 states.  We do not make any profit on shipping, therefore you will see the actual shipping charge for the weight of your merchandise on your invoice. 

All packages shipped from Sniglet's Dog Bakery are shipped via UPS and will be mailed within two business days of receipt of the order.  Although shipping to some locations will take longer, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional cost.  Please contact us (941) 358-7644 to arrange expedited shipping.
